Making the site usable for everyone.
Where we currently stand against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us if we have missed something.
What we aim for.
Truestay Growth Ltd wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, and people with cognitive or motor differences.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. That is the same standard UK public-sector websites are required to meet.
Where we stand.
We believe most of the site meets Level AA. Specifically:
- All text has been checked against colour contrast requirements.
- The site is navigable by keyboard, including the main menu, forms and interactive elements.
- Images that convey information have descriptive alt text.
- Forms have proper labels and clear error messages.
- Motion respects the "prefers reduced motion" setting on your device.
- Text can be resized up to 200 percent without loss of content or function.
Known issues.
We are aware of the following issues, which we are working to resolve:
- Some decorative background gradients may make text slightly harder to read at very low contrast preferences.
- The interactive booking slot selector on the contact page relies on visual state that could be improved for screen reader users.
If you find something not listed here, please tell us. Contact details are below.
Tools we tested with.
We tested the site with the following:
- Automated: axe DevTools, Lighthouse accessibility audit.
- Manual: keyboard-only navigation, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows.
- Visual: high-contrast mode, browser zoom to 200 percent, reduced-motion preference.
How to report a problem.

We will reply within 5 working days and work with you on an alternative in the meantime.
Enforcement.
